Workshop Facility

The Soltura workshop facility is in the beautiful Northwest, near both Seattle and Tacoma, Washington. Located on the Key Peninsula, just west of Gig Harbor, the area has miles of shoreline, beautiful deep water bays, snow-capped mountains, and very special wildlife. With views of the inlet waterway and majestic Olympic Mountains, the area surrounding the workshop facility inspires a sense of peace and personal freedom.

Accommodations

The Soltura workshop facility consists of a workshop building, facilitator’s house, and a large waterfront home for housing participants during their workshop. Workshop participants share general-use areas of the home, including the kitchen, dining room, living room and a variety of indoor and outdoor areas for solitude or informal group interaction. Bedrooms typically accommodate 2-4 people.

Meals served during the workshops are simple, light and nutritious. Most meals are self-serve or buffet style and include enough alternatives to accommodate most diet requirements and preferences.

Getting to the Workshop

The nearest airport to the workshop facility is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, located in Seatac, Washington, about a 90-minute drive from Soltura. Fortunately, there are several ways to get to Soltura from the airport. A convenient shuttle departs hourly from the airport to a location near the workshop facility where a Soltura representative will meet you to provide transportation to the facility. For the more adventurous it is also possible to travel by shuttle and ferry to a point near the facility where we can also meet you.

Following registration, workshop participants receive a complete packet of information with detailed instructions for making travel arrangements and getting to the workshop facility.
